    Can you add special weapon/armor abilities (especially those with limited uses per day) more than once to an appropriate item? I know custom magic items are in the purview of the DM but is there anything explicit allowing or denying it?

    Does the doubling of damage on a dive attack granted by the Improved Dragon Wings Feat apply to all charge attacks if the charger has pounce or another ability to make more than one attack on the charge?
