Captain Nemo's Underwater Electric Pellet Gun

One of the Nautilus's men presented me with a streamlined rifle whose butt was boilerplate steel, hollow inside, and of fairly large dimensions. This served as a tank for the compressed air, which a trigger–operated valve could release into the metal chamber. In a groove where the butt was heaviest, a cartridge clip held some twenty electric bullets that, by means of a spring, automatically took their places in the barrel of the rifle. As soon as one shot had been fired, another was ready to go off.

These versatile guns are charged from portable compressed air tanks but instead of shooting conventional solid bullets, they launch small glass capsules…,which are sheathed in steel and weighted with lead. They are veritable little Leyden jars charged with high-voltage electricity. At the slightest impact they discharge, and the animal, no matter how large or strong, falls dead.

    This is an exotic firearm.

    14,000 gp 1d8 and 2d8 electricity3 1d10and 2d8 electricity3 x4 50 ft.4 6 lbs B and P and electricity See Text

1 Weight figures are for Medium weapons. A Small weapon weighs half as much, and a Large weapon weighs twice as much.
2 A weapon with two types is both types if the entry specifies “and.”
3 Living creatures and Undead without bones take no damage from electricity, as the pellet does not detonate. Constructs and creatures made of metal and creatures wearing metal armor take twice as much electricity damage.
4 Underwater range is 50 feet. It cannot be used above the surface.

P.E.A.C.H. Please Evaluate And Critique Honestly. Being nicer and kinder doesn't hurt either. Note I generally only critique 3.5 and Pathfinder material.
Please, please, please when using non-core material, cite to the books. There are too many books to wade through to find the one with the feat, special ability or spell you use.
