Just buy a whole bunch of emoticons to use in steam chat.
Speaking of emoticons: (totally didn't make that comment just to trail into this)
How do Emoticons get into circulation. I was explained some of the system. People put them up for an amount of money. Steam adds to that, the added money goes to them. But where do you get Emoticons to put on the store? How do they come into circulation?
