    What's about sentient items?
    They are constructs, but without any HD!
    Are they get 2d8 too?
    (And what's will be with the magical properties of intelligent item-petitioner)

    And yes, petitioner may not level up, but I couldn't see any rules about losing pre-existing CFs
    Skills, feats, (Sp), (Su)... But what's about the (Ex) and natural abilities?
