My concern is that since the bonus scales the way it does, its unfairly advantageous to Warlord and Warder Bushis, since they have full BAB. The numbers can potentially get pretty crazy, if you're targeting AC 10, an average roll could easily net you +8 AC just from BAB. Now that's at 20th level, but you can see how it could get out of control pretty easily.
