Magic the Gathering XX: KHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANS!!!

As a relatively new MtG player, I keep seeing terms like "Rakdos", "Dimir", etc. I know these refer to the various 2-color combinations and I've picked up a couple of those over time, but googling for them is generally singularly uninformative and I haven't figured out any way to figure out from the name itself without just memorizing all 20 (presumably).

Any help?

Rakdos - Red Black
Orzhov - White Black
Dimir - Blue Black
Golgari - Green Black
Azorius - White Blue
Simic - Blue Green
Izzet - Red Blue
Gruul - Red Green
Boros - Red White
Selesnya - Green White

Then for 3 colours

Jund - Green Black Red
Naya - Green White Red
Grixis - Black Red Blue
Esper - White Black Blue
Bant - Blue White Green

Junk/Necra/Abzan - Green White Black
BUG/Sultai - Black Blue Green
Patriot/America/Jeskai - Red White Blue
Italia/Borzhov/Mardu - Red White Black
RUG/Temur - Red Green Blue
