Re: Werewolf V: Werewolf DnD
Llama, banjo: It has something to do with my Seer-strategy. Usually, I will scry the people who stay in the back, play nice and don't draw much attention towards themselves since - according to my experience - the wolves are frequently hiding among their ranks. DLD matched the pattern, but finding her among the villagers was sheer luck.
This strategy has other merits too: Sometimes you find your seer/fool-counterpart, sometimes the baner.
Plus: Why should I scry someone who is suspicious already? Maybe they are lynched the next day. If I would come out as a seer, pointing at Blood, I would meet mistrust even with a correct scry. When I point at someone who has met absolutely no suspicion before, the suspicion of me being a wolf, sacrificing one of their kin, has less grounds.
So, basically: Why I scried DLD: Luck. Why I scried someone like her: Best way to go.
