I don't think he did. We know he wrote a world, but he didn't clue into the name "lord stanley the plaid". He probably would have if he had created Erfworld. I think it is an aspect of the spell that it summoned someone who would have no troubles getting familiar with the world, so someone for whom all the aspects of Erfworld were popular culture. It would be like if someone was summoned into Earth from a dimension where "terrorism" was a popular game played while snacking on crummmelfloops, a treat mysteriously similar to the law of gravity... or whatever. Point being the whole world would be dazzlingly familar to them and they could have written it as a work of fiction, but they didn't.
