I'm pretty sure she keeps her insurance until the end of whenever it was paid (generally the end of the month). Massachusetts has a “mini-COBRA” law that covers companies with less than 20 employees.

The Massachusetts mini-COBRA doesn't cover people fired for gross misconduct.... so perhaps Dora means that she is going to not list that as her reason of terminating Faye, so Faye will be eligible for continued insurance?
