I'm Mayor Arboverda, not 'Mantler'. They're horns, despite my player making that brief mistake." He motions for the others to lower their weapons, but keeps his own ready to raise. "So... The main body of the shield generator is a large brass tube with lots of projecting wires and pipes. To control it there's a nineties-era computer monitor bolted to the side, with a keyboard just below it. The keyboard's keys are mismatched; taken from several different keyboards or carefully carved from hard wood. The computer's screen is cracked, and flickering, but everything on the screen is written in Russian.
