Miki's breath seizes for a moment when the lights shut off. She didn't particularly care for the dark, at least not the omnipresent sort that comes from being in a large and powerless building at night. She relaxes a bit as the flashlights come out and her eyes adjust. With the relaxation comes clearer thinking; Miki toggles the low-light mode on her visor.

It looked like most of the rubble her spheres had gone to had been shifted into less precarious positions. With a thought, she calls the spheres into her bag. She locates Kaylee in the darkness. Not particularly wanting to show off her tech (it would look a bit suspicious to be prepared with something that functioned as nightvision goggles in the midst of an unexpected blackout, after all), she puts the visor away and retrieves a small flashlight from her bag.

With the light provided by her small but powerful light, Miki makes her way over to where she had seen Kaylee. She says in a deadpan voice, "Well, I'd say this convention was a stunning success."
