A new job posting appears in the main base, Inside office (shortly before that office is closed), Riverside office and Skyside office. It appears to be signed by the boss himself.

We were hired to clear out a location at [Dome of Thorns, Outside]. It's a sorcerer's laboratory. She used to perform experiments there, apparently, but the locals haven't seen her in a while and now horrible stuff is crawling out from there. So the local tribes chipped in to pay us to do something about it. Put a team together, get in there, find out what happened and solve the problem. If you can't, clear the way for a specialist to be sent in.

Dipsnig calls both his lieutenants to the meeting room, which is located in the tunnels, just below the surface. He only uses it when what he has to discuss is otherwise classified.
