How do you manage to react so well to the plans that your players make? It's amazing to see the results.

Thankya. I always try to keep my own plans somewhat fluid so that I don't back myself into a narrative corner; that way I can weave my plans into theirs later. Occasionally I'll have a little forewarning so I can plan around their hijinks but usually I just try to improv the situation based on what sort of personalities/resources I'd imagine the NPCs having.
