I am cashing in both you and the SEU's bounties, because both of you want to retrieve the materials/punish the thieves, so it's not a competition between the two of you. I am fine with you paying me upon you retrieving the Glasteel, and am giving you the information as to their location right now so you can do that at EoT. And, presumably, that means I get paid at EoT as well, but probably can't use it till next turn, but that's acceptable.
