To account for crayon ambiguity, I propose the following amended version:

991: Uncle "Squeaky" Thirden's account of what happened to Durkon's parents, Sigdi and Tenrin, with subtext.

Frankly, that level of detail belongs in the transcript. When we try to shoehorn every little matter into a summary, we give up on usability.

There's some reason to doubt that, at the very least, this was the whole story. Perhaps "According to Uncle Thirden" or something similar should be put in there?

I don't think the summary needs to be a full and exact account. Also, the doubts you're talking about may well be warranted, but they account to little more than speculation at this point. However, there's a small chance that Thirden's name is useful for search purposes. Let me offer this compromise:

991: Uncle Thirden's account of what happened to Sigdi and Tenrin.
