Frankly, that level of detail belongs in the transcript. When we try to shoehorn every little matter into a summary, we give up on usability.

I don't think the summary needs to be a full and exact account. Also, the doubts you're talking about may well be warranted, but they account to little more than speculation at this point. However, there's a small chance that Thirden's name is useful for search purposes. Let me offer this compromise:

991: Uncle Thirden's account of what happened to Sigdi and Tenrin.
