While I don't know the background behind this, "I appreciate your concern but I'd prefer to keep my personal life and professional life separate" should be enough to curtail any unsolicited advice. If he has any salt as a manager whatsoever he'll drop it there. If not, and it gets egregious enough, you may have to get HR involved (if you have such a thing) or possibly even a lawyer (which I cannot advise you on further.)
It's me and two other employees, and he's a 70 year old man with mental health issues. I really don't want to do something that would hurt him, but I want him to STOP TALKING ABOUT THIS ISSUE.
