It should have, except that I had already determined the matches for this Phase, and forgot to double-check on skipped matches before posting last week's matches. Since the Tarquin vs Kilkil match already happened...
Forget the old plan!
The rule about skipping matches between contestants who both have rocket skates has been removed. All twelve matches in the Rocket Skate Phase will be played out!
Note, this rules change doesn't actually make the tournament any longer or shorter, because Rocket Skate matches carry over into future Elimination Phases, so now there is one fewer elimination match to be played.
