Also, I chose to interpret "had to" as "these are the choices presented to you." Not as in logical necessity.

This is a game. If the rules to a game say "you have to roll the dice", than you have to. If you don't you're not playing the game. Which is fine, you don't have to be on the list, but picking a god from this list is what the thread is about...
