Still bleeding heavily, Ishkin coiled tighter around the golem, attempting to pin its other arm so that they could figure out what to do with it.

Meanwhile, Avaula barked an order in Protean, casting a spell while pointing at Ishkin. A foul, hairless cat that looked to be little but leathery skin and bones crawled out of her pack, leaping down to the floor. The face was all wrong, though. It was closer to a person's than a cat's, and it bore a certain twisted resemblance to Avaula's own face. The cat-thing, having received its instruction, leapt forward, leaping off the bridge with little concern for its own safety. When it landed, it staggered up to proceed towards the injured Eidolon.
