It's this abomination. It's special bred to be immune to almost everything, and it cheats the action economy by having Mind Flayers controlling it and casting psionics through it. Basically, if an adventuring party stumbles upon one, the only thing they will reasonably have prepared to deal with it is Wish to teleport it far, far away from them.
