Judging from the the way Complains was yelling at him, Minmax's imaginary crown of plus a swillion charisma didn't seem to work in real-life. Minimax couldn't even convince Fumbles that the crown existed. Given that, I don't think we can expect that the second Oblivion sword would exist.
