Yeti Runt - single hit die version of Frostburn Yeti

That LA looks too high for what you'd get.

How much too high? In order to bring the abilities/features in line with the LA should I

• Increase the hide in snowy conditions to +8?
• Increase the claw attacks to 1d6 each?
• Increase the natural armour to 2 or 3?
• All of the above?
