From the shadows of the entrance hall, a Tiefling steps into the room eating BLT sandwich and holding a soda. Crumbs fall onto the floor behind him as he makes his way deeper into the base, looking for someone official to talk to.

And in to greet the newcomer is Civvy, once again! She's not in full dress though. This time just a loose, pink sweater, and some equally loose sweatpants.
And fuzzy socks. Always fuzzy socks.

So likely Mr. Tiefling doesn't make it toooo far out of the entrance hall at all, before he's greeted.
"Hi welcome to HALO! I'm Civvy who are you and what can I do for you?" She gasps out, all in one breath.
