I was playing Doubles on the Showdown thing, and Parabolic Charge wasn't going first even though its user had been given Triage via Skill Swap. What's up with that?

Triage only gives +3 priority, so if other Pokémon used Helping Hand, any +4 priority move (mostly Protect-likes plus Snatch), or had higher speed and used a +3 priority move (some guard moves plus Fake Out and Spotlight), your Pokémon wouldn't go first.
