Ok, in the first one, Goku asks why does everybody look worried, and Kuririn tells him that while the dragon can now grant two wishes and resurrect lots of people at once, it can't resurrect someone more than once. In the second one, Shenlong specifically says Goku has already been brought back to life once, so Shenlong can't bring him back again.
