I know Sidis and the TassMaster are more obvious choices, but has anyone thought of using Leovold as the commander for a BUG reanimator edh? Or should I stick to Meren for my interest in doing a reanimator edh deck?

If you want to run graveyard shenanigans in EDH, The Mimeoplasm is probably the BUG commander that stands out the most.
