Because Goodberry is not a cleric spell, you can only ever cast it once per long rest and only at 1st level as described by the feat.

However, if you acquired Goodberry via multiclassing, you could cast it from 9th level spell slot, provided you had them.
Additionally, each berry would heal 12,, as Disciple of Life adds 2+Spell Level. Not sure where 19 came from.
