If you're into anime, check out the anime RPs- Bleach and Dragonball are the main ones. I don't know how they work or what goes on, as I don't watch either and aren't that interested.

Alternately, there's the larger Nexus continuity, which I am a part of. That's a Nexus of Realities type dealie, so pretty much anything goes. Robot wizards, minotaur ninja, cowboy aliens, everything. Fantasy, science fiction or anything else.
