No, there is a way. His instincts have saved him an uncountable number of times, now it's time for it to save others.

He deflected another Ki Spark, and concentrated, trying to reach out with his senses. To find the power within himself. He will know where he intends to go, even if he has to pry the information from the assassin's mind.

Why wasn't anything happening?! At the bare minimum, he was able to keep pace with the teleporting assassin.
'The responsibility for your people weighting you down." Snap noted, and started to "troll" the transmission- he appeared and shot a ki spark, only to dissapear, and shot from different angle in matter of nano second.
For now, the tactic was simple- to overwhelm Apfel. And more importantly, make him using the World Blade more and more.
