Am I missing something? It doesn't seem much better than land fetchers like Expedition Map, Sylvan Scrying, or Reap and Sow.

It doesn't grab basics, so you can easily grab, say, Dark Depths and Vesuva at once, copying Dark Depths with Vesuva and getting Marit Lage off it immediately.

Or you could use any non-basic fetch with Solemnity out, yeah.
