Yes, you can hold a musket of bow in one hand. You can hold a large greatsword in one hand too, but hold is not wield. per RAW you can use free action grab/releases to make attacks with the gauntlet and musket on the same turn during a full attack, but this is NOT TWF, and can't be done outside your turn anyway.

This cannot work because you must be wielding the musket, and muskets are 2-handed weapons. gun-fu doesn't get around that, it just lets you use other features keyed off of weapon type(primarily finesse) without a hassle.
