Also, do you have to prepare specific Alchemy poisons of a certain type and vector at the beginning of the day, or do you pick what type when you use it?

Bumping for reply. I'd love to give Scholar a go, but this doesn't make complete sense to me, especially since the only example of an Alchemy user in the bestiary just makes 11 fatigue poisons.
