Is there a way to actually pull up detailed ally province and army information in a Disciples game? I'm not seeing any way to actually look at ally army setup.

You can already see the general stats of allied provinces including any magic sites found like if there was a spy in there.
Exact army setup can't be directly seen, but you'll share any battle reports.
