In the perspective of every non-blood, non-ring veil being a feat, should the Darkwalker Hood's constant See Invisibility be put behind 1-2 essence, as the True Seeing ability is? 2 essence would have it normally come online for a Vizier at the same level a Wizard would have access.

It is limited to areas of dim or darker lighting, but that's probably a solid idea. I'll update accordingly.

Does the lowered light level from Sable Shots stack with itself on multiple attacks?

Yes.

Is the move action check to get up from Pooling Black's aura part of the same action to stand, or does it effectively require two move actions and a successful Strength/Escape Artist to stand up from prone in its area?

It's supposed to be one action that includes both the check and the act of standing up, but in researching your question I did see where the confusion was coming from. I'll tweak the verbage to clear that up.
