I very much like full spellcasting here- it makes up for needing rogue levels to qualify.
Can I suggest adding trap sense or trapfinding as a requirement, though? It avoids Assassin's Stance cheese for early entry.

Also, I'd suggest expanding Mock Law to protect from compulsion effects, specifically to hit Zone of Truth.

Surprise Spells is surprisingly partially redundant- see page 86 of Complete Arcane. I'm not sure that there are enough area-effect spells to make up the difference.
