Well, I was wrong and they were right. It's intermittent. Seems like it works when the car's been cool for a while. So in the morning, when I pull it out of the garage, it works great. On the way home from work, not so much.

Sorry. I was taught some intense troubleshooting techniques and it is hard to turn it off.

Also, I've been informed that FIL was never stationed at Keesler AFB; he just uses the Keesler credit union because he can, and it's convenient. My bad.

Ah, i see. I wonder if if I left any $$ in that credit union . . . .1986 was a long time ago . . . . .
