If you want to remove someone from your insurance, and you get their SSN wrong, then underwriting WILL NOT process the request.

If you want to remove someone from your insurance, and you do not fill in their SSN, then underwriting WILL process the request.

I feel your pain.

The days that our underwriters do something I can understand are few and far between.
