Kingmaker in the Forgotten Realms [IC thread]

Glancing to his right at Kuros, and then to his left at Korlann, a fierce grin spread itself across Dergosh’s face. He liked where this was going. He’d been prepared to reluctantly move on at Three’s request, but now his ferocious clan mates were talking like real Wolftooth tribe members. Best take threat head on, not leave it for another day. He glanced back at Three, his smile turning a bit apologetic knowing she did not fully approve.

“Maybe magic bear?” he guessed as he surveyed the clearing, picking one of the many creatures they had been told about but immediately doubting his own guess. “Bear not leave bodies like this, unless maybe defending cubs.” He waved one finger is a circle and looked at Kuros and Korlann, “We go around clearing and see what did this? Three,” he added, “you cover us from here with bow?”

He turned to Rik and Gakan, a perplexed frown on his face. “You two,” he said, pausing, “hide in bushes some more?”

Waiting to see if Kuros and Korlann were in agreement, he readied to move out with them and explore the clearing.
