Police are warning residents to take extra precautions due to the presence of a possible serial killer in the area. Thirteen individuals have been murdered in an undisclosed neighborhood over the past eleven days, the victims did not know one another, but police have now linked the killings to an unusual image which has so far appeared at each scene of crime.

Please report any sightings to local law enforcement.
