And Wenomir stated that VIGIL would hire both her and Cass when he requested their help in the first place, which makes him a client. The verbal shorthand in this case of asking for orders is more due to the situation, since it seems the original objectives VIGIL had here have mostly gone to pot, if Wenomir's quick assessment of the situation to her is any indication. She nods to herself as she responds.

"Understood. Contact me on this frequency if you have need of me. I'll be standing by here until I get word otherwise. MERC out."

She considers for a moment, then decides to call Dipsnig and give him a situational update, as far as she knows it.
