[Feliks: Local - Success] Feliks' mind recalled the rumors he had heard of the winding network of passages supposedly used by the Sczarni in their criminal ventures. However, that was mostly just hearsay, and only partially true. The all-female gang known as the Tower Girls had accessed such a network before, but it was not theirs to call their own; it was a privilege they paid for. That information had cost him much to acquire from the Clubs informants, but did little to answer the question of the mysterious owner of the passages, only that much darkness remained contained within those dark passages, and a secret entrance existed somewhere within the Triodea; the famous marble theater in Starsilver Plaza.

[Feliks: Religion - Success] They called themselves the Domain of Black, an obscure band of cultists often spoken of by paranoid theorists and unsettled men. But they were in fact, very real, and their influence had expanded largely beneath the surface of the city. Perhaps even the social unrest that had led to the civil war rampaging through the open streets might have been spurred forward by their own designs. Numerous magical devices were said to exist, hidden beneath the city, creating strange corridors between sites, allowing the movement of their loyal followers to go about undetected. Their plans were unknowable and fueled by eldritch minds, but where their existed such evil, there too stood forces which would oppose them. Secret allies of the Inquisition and the fabled Light Bearers still remained scattered about throughout the city. They offered protection and aid to those who still fought back the forces of darkness by any means; and their secrets were just as vast.
