Nori's relief of sending the rats scurrying is shortlived as the child's cry cuts through the twilight. She wastes no time in sprinting the definitely eighty feet to the cart that the screams came from.

Taking the run action to get to the cart with the screaming child. I can't remember if this is difficult terrain or not, but Nori will get as close as she can in one turn in the event she can't get all the way there.
