Yeah, GW has interesting supply logistics. 'Basic' stuff, like models, is all produced in house, but as soon as you get to books or card products it becomes much more complex. Edit: on dead stock, I wonder how much technology has improved their ability to cope with it. Internet sales likely mean a longer tail end of a product lifecycle, and it is easier to warehouse stuff with a computer organising it, so I'd guess they have more capacity for 'spare' stock.
Except thats good money sitting there doing nothing. Investors dont invest so their money does nothing.
