I don't know about Season 3, but that poster clearly has the Rescue Rangers, the plain from Tailspin with the kid who's name escapes me skyboarding off of it, and Goofy in his default Goof Troop outfit and a more humanoid than usual posture in addition to the already established Darkwing Duck.

I don't know about season three but they're coming eventually.
