   Strangely enough, the otherwise morally inflexible Realtaist church gives its permission to the Council to have large quantities of alcohol imported from Celestia Enterprises. This is seen by some as representative of a greater shift of church policy to align with state policy, which is not necessarily bad, considering the great empire of Caruflaith was halfway a theocracy. The lucky soldiers who have been assigned to patrol the trade route are inebriated almost all the time, but that is considered a small price to pay for satisfying the demands of Predator, who is expected to give a much greater gift in return, as is polite.

   The unbreakable bond of friendship and loyalty between Realtaist nations is a proof of the superiority of the philosophy. In order to lubricate the relationship further, the Formican empress is surrounded by hundreds of Djinye advisors, priests, administrators and military officers to aid her in ruling such a large and diverse part of the galaxy. In particular, the Djinye take over managing the Empire's relationship with Predator and his semi-autonomous territory, making sure that no misunderstandings arise.
   
5. [Military 5]Recruit General Pyre 8
   After suddenly leaving to take care of whatever the visitor whispered to her, Pyre comes back, only partially satisfied. While she'd like to take it easy and just rule her not very organized band of rebels as she did before, she yields to Queen Lin's constant admonishment and takes charge of the National Front's military. While she is really not very good at coming up with strategies or taking care of the army's day-to-day needs, she seems to have grown even stronger during her absence, her plasma beam's destructive power now equal to that of about ten thousand regular soldiers in standard ship-to-ship combat. The Council also does everything they can to cast her as one of the greatest heroes that participated in overthrowing the Meritocracy, inspiring soldiers to follow her into battle, even if it means almost certain death.
