First, Karl will open a door on a someone just getting out of bed, and have a pillow thrown at him.
Behind the second door will be a collection of four foxes (and one jackal) playing poker, who invite him to join. Not fox-people. Actual foxes.
But after that, he can get some well-deserved sleep.

When Karl wakes up later he will think those events must have been dreams. After all Why would A jackal play poker with four foxes.
After he freschens up he will go search for the priestress. It should be either early in the night or very early morning when he wakes up depending on when he wnt to bed. He slept 8 hours straight.
