As Windrunner follows Lady Argentea's guidance, he lashes out at the giant bug with both forefeet and tries to savage it with his teeth. But instead of hooves, he sees talons. And instead of his muzzle, a beak! Before he can consider what this means, though, Argentea's knees give him another command which he follows without question.
