R18T13.2: Brandishing his weapon, Alexandru travels north to the doorway to take a quick look in, but doesn't see the Splatter Man so continues in. He has to move past his brother to get to an open spot, and the ghost sweeps low to catch Lexi's left foot. Lexi fights off the aging to only take 12 corruption. It doesn't actually hurt him and doesn't show, but he does lose all of the extra protection he had been given.
R18T13: Now with the northern cell cramped with heroes, The Splatter Man smiles, bowing his head slightly. At first, those in there think it might be some strange for of salute. But then it becomes terrifyingly apparent that is not the case. For even in his ghostly form, there is a rune carved into The Splatter Man's forehead that he presents, and a cold wave of ripping darkness breathes forth to wash over everyone and everything there.
Lexi immediately is ready, sensing something and takes 7 NE. Angelo likewise is barely ready for it and takes 6 NE. Hargrimm was not ready to face energy that is the antithesis of his powers and takes 11 NE. Wren is also not ready, and yet he only takes 6 NE. Paul, like Wren, is blessed .... for while she fails to mitigate the blast, all the big folk protect her and she only takes 3 NE. Yet, she was so badly wounded by the Splatter Man previously that she just falls over. Marius senses the emotional release that signifies she is unconscious, but the connection is not severed.
The Splatter Man smiles and steps south through the wall and into the northern most of the western bank of cells.
