I think you'll find that's Yoshi off-screen referring the same Bushel of Sticks as in Frame 3. The only plotgoblin speech is "Could you tell Joe to hang this fresnel at 54?" However, I have no idea what the reference is.

I don't really expect anyone to know, it's a stage lighting thing.

@Motion blur: Actually, I export them out of illustrator and then make the comic in GIMP. Cool filters and stuff.
