    Move to (10,07)-(12,06), 15' up. Yes, I forgot '11' on the column numbers. Cast Summon Nature's Ally V. Auto success on Handle Animal, Ride (Guide with knees and Fight with Warhorse) and Concentration (Moving Mount) checks. I'll choose the spell particulars when it goes off on Otho's next turn.
